Today the matter is listed with defects, as the impugned order is not filed alongwith appeal paper book.

Ld. Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that the Adjudicating Authority has passed the order of eviction from premises against the Appellant on 31.08.2021. However, the order has not been uploaded on the website. The Appellant has an apprehension that in compliance of the order the Respondent (Liquidator) may dispossess the Appellant. Therefore, ad-interim protection may be granted till next date of hearing.

Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that it is true that the order has not been uploaded on the website, however, ad-interim protection may be granted till the Appellant gets the copy of the impugned order.

We have considered the submissions, it is directed that the Appellant may not be dispossessed from the premises in question till next date of hearing.

5.The Adjudicating Authority is directed to upload the impugned order on the website at the earliest.

The Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the concerned Adjudicating Authority for compliance.
