Judgment
Anand Pathak, J
Matter pertains to protection sought by prosecutrix who happens to be a minor girl from her own uncle against whom she lodged FIR under Section 354 of IPC.
S.I.- Ms. Hemlata Jatav informs this Court that it appears that dispute between father and prosecutrix and accused in the present case are going on for years together. She also informs that recently prosecutrix has lodged another FIR at Police Station Thatipur against the same accused for offence under Section 354 of IPC.
Looking to the peculiarity of the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that it requires to be heard more elaborately. Therefore, counsel for the State is directed to requisition the copy of FIRs/ case diary in respect of cases registered at the instance of prosecutrix against her uncle (present accused) in different police stations.
Meanwhile, S.I.-Ms. Hemlata Jatav is directed to produce the copy of different complaints filed by the accused regarding dispute against his own brother (father of the prosecutrix).
List the case on 30.06.2023.
Copy of this order be provided to the concerned Officer for compliance and onward transmission.
