Heard learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3.
This I.A. has been filed at the instance of the Opposite Party No.3.
Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.3 submitted that the order passed by this Court on 05.02.2024 was communicated to them on 09.04.2024. He further contended that in para-5 of order dated 05.02.2024, the Opposite Party No.3 has been directed to dispose of the representation within six weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order. Therefore, in effect the period of six weeks shall start when the date of communication of the order i.e. from 09.04.2024. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 submitted that the time stipulated by this Court on 05.02.2024 be extended by a period further four weeks from today.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not have any objection to such submission of learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.3.
Accordingly, this Court while disposing of the I.A., granting further four weeks time to the Opposite Party No.3 to carry out the order dated 05.02.2024. It is open to the Opposite Party No.3 to take any instruction from the Opposite Party No.4, if the same is required for disposal of the representation of the Petitioner as directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
