Judgment
IT is brought to our notice that notwithstanding the clear direction given by us to the Opposite Parties by our order dated the 13th May, 1994 to give possession of the two flats to the Complainant and her sister within a period of one month from the said date, the said direction has not been complied with so far. The Opposite Parties shall peremptorily deliver possession of the two flats to the Complainant and her sister within three weeks from today failing which penal action under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, will be taken against them without further notice. Any other formalities such as execution of agreement etc. will be directed to be complied with by the Complainant and her sister after the delivery of such possession of the flats is effected. Post this case after one month from today. The Counsel appearing for the Complainant assures us that the proceedings pending before the M.R.T.P Commission will be withdrawn by the Complainant within a period not exceeding two weeks from today. Ordered accordingly
