Judgment
S.S. Sodhi, J.—An application has been filed for placing on record affidavits annexed therewith, with a view to show the further deterioration in the physical condition of the claimant-Pritam Kumar Chawla and the expenses incurred by him on his treatment and careafter the passing of the award by the Tribunal.
After hearing the counsel for the parties and keeping in view the material on record and the evidence now sought to be led, this case is remitted to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Faridkot, for recording a fresh finding on the issue of compensation after allowing the parties to lead such additional evidence as they may wish to adduce in this behalf
This order shall not, however, require the claimant to return the amount of the award received by him untill further orders by this Court.
The records of this case are accordingly directed to be sent to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Faridkot, forth with and the parties are directed to appear before the Tribunal on March 4, 1985.
The Tribunal should endeavour to decide this matter as expeditiously as possible. This appeal be listed for hearing after the report of the Tribunal is received.
