ORDER

The Applicant has filed this application for bringing on record certain averments to be part of the IA No.177/2022.

The Ld. Counsel representing the applicant has made consolidated submissions and we have considered the averment made in the application as well as oral submission made by the Ld. Counsel representing the applicant during the course of hearing while hearing IA No.177/2022 at length.

The said IA No.177/2022 has already been dismissed vide detailed order of the same date i.e. 21st September, 2023.

The present application therefore has become redundant per-se and is disposed of as such.
