ORDER
1.
Mr. Aakash Joshi, Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. Ms. Twinkle Gandhiya, Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor present.

Counsel for the Operational Creditor submits that the IA has already been filed for withdrawal of the present Company Petition, however, the IA is pending in the Registry.

Both sides submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and consent terms has been executed, he seeks leave of the Court and hence, seeks to withdrawal of the present Company Petition.

In view of the settlement, the C.P. (IB)/251(MB)2021 is dismissed as not pressed.
