IA No. 635/2024 and 636/2024

IA No. 635/2024 has been filed to place on record the letter issued by Deputy Registrar, Firms and Society, Gurgaon along with enquiry report under Section 59 of HRRS as Annexure R-22. IA No. 636/2024 has been filed to place on record the Registration Certificate of the project, namely, Araya and Registration Certificate of the project, namely, Presidia along with Registration Certificate issued by Haryana RERA Authority. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if these documents are taken on record. The same are taken on record. Thus IA Nos. 635/2024 and 636/2024 are disposed of and the same be tagged with the main CP for reference purpose.

At this stage, before initiating the arguments, learned senior counsel for the respondent has raised the objections about the maintainability of the present petition filed by Presidia Araya Resident Welfare Association, which is not maintainable under Section 7 of the Code. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to argue on this point. Learned counsel for both the parties are directed to file short written submissions within one week after exchanging copies with each other. List the matter for arguments on 03.04.2024.
