This IA is filed by the RP seeking Orders from this bench under Section 12A read with Section 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and regulation 30A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy of Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) regulations, 2016 withdrawal of the concern petition. Ld. Counsel appearing for the IRP submits that full and final settlement amount as per the consent terms, Deed of settlement has been paid up to the satisfaction of the Financial Creditor. In view of the above submission made by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the IRP nothing remains in the petition. Accordingly, CP bearing no 3793/2019 is removed out of the rigour of the CIRP. Accordingly, CP is closed. File be consigned to record. IA bearing no. 3443/2022 is allowed and disposed of.
