Notice. Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation(s) to the respondents-Competent Authority, with regard to his grievance, within two weeks from today and same be ordered to be decided by the competent Authority within some time bound period.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the observation that in the event of the petitioner making a representation with regard to his grievance within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the competent Authority within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt thereof, in view of the averments contained therein, in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
