Judgment
PER VIKAS AWASTHY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:
This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi [in short ‘the CIT(A)’] dated 13.07.2026, for Assessment Year 2018-19.
None appeared on behalf of the assessee. However, an application seeking withdrawal of the present appeal under the signatures of Authorized Representative alongwith copy of Power of Attorney furnished in Registry on 22.09.2026 was placed before the Bench. The contents of the application are as under:-
In light of above application, the request of assessee for withdrawal of appeal is accepted. The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
