Preeti Goel has filed above application for transferring Appeal No.A-458 of 2021, Preeti Goel Vs. Galaxy Dream Home Developers Pvt. Ltd. from State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.P. at Lucknow to State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission Delhi.

The applicant has raised the following grounds for transfer of the aforementioned appeal:-

i. The applicant is a house wife, she will not be able to appear in any court.

ii. Mr. Ved Prakash Aggarwal, elder brother of her late husband is suffering from many critical diseases (Heart disease, blood sugar and arthritis) from many years.

iii.  Mr. Ved Prakash Aggarwal is pursuing the above matter. He is not able to travel long distance.

iv. The applicant faces money crises. Because the applicant’s husband died on 08.05.2021 infected from infection covid-19, he was the only earner.

v.  The respondent is a powerful, murderous, dishonest and illegal person.

I have considered the arguments of Authorised Representative of the applicant. Admittedly, the applicant is not appearing before State Commission rather Ved Prakash Aggarwal, her Authorised Representative as well as her husband’s brother is looking into Appeal No.A-458 of 2021. Ved Prakash Aggarwal is appearing in Appeal No.1282 of 2019, Chief Post Master General & Ors. Vs. Ved Prakash Aggarwal, CC No.33 of 2021, Renu Goel Vs. Ghaziabad Development Authority and CC No.33 of 2022, Punam Goyal Vs. Ghaziabad Development Authority, before State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.P.  So far as Appeal No.A-458 of 2021 is concerned, he may make a request to State Commission for listing this case also on the day when his other case is fixed. I hope that if any such request is made, State Commission will accommodate Ved Prakash Aggarwal by fixing same date in the appeal of the applicant which is fixed in other case.

Transfer Application is rejected.
