Applicant Preetam alias Kallu is in judicial custody in FIR No. 571 of 2021, under Sections 2/3 of the U.P. Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in all the offences, based on which the applicant has been involved in the instant case, he has been granted bail. It is also submitted that all the co-accused in the instant case have been granted bail.

These facts are not disputed by the learned State Counsel.

Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

The bail application is allowed.

7.

Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
