The only objection impelled by Sri.P.U.Shailajan, learned standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent - Sulthan Bathery Taluk Primary Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Ltd (Society for short), to the plea made by the petitioner - through his learned counsel Sri.Athul Shaji - for "Service Certificate" and No Objection Certificate (NOC) is that his present appointment is under challenge in W.P.(C).No.15308 of 2019, which is pending before this Court. He added that if the petitioner is so desirous the afore certificates can be issued to him, however, indicating the pendency of the afore writ petition.
Sri.Athul Shaji, submitted that his client seeks the afore certificates urgently because he has to make an online application to the post of Assistant in the Kerala State Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Ltd. on or before 23.08.2022; and conceded that an endorsement therein can be made to the effect that the same is subject to the final result in W.P.(C).No.15308 of 2019.
In the afore circumstances, I order this writ petition and direct the competent Authority of the 3rd respondent to issue the petitioner his "Service Certificate" and the necessary No Objection Certificate (NOC) not later than 12:00 Noon tomorrow; with an endorsement therein that same is subject to the final decision in W.P.(C).No.15308 of 2019.
