3.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the details of the petitioner and the marks awarded to her in Ext.P6 select list are erroneous since the entire length of the petitioner's service has not been taken into account and that her caste is wrongly shown in Ext.P6. Pointing out the grievances of the petitioner against the list, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 representation before the 1st respondent.

The learned Government Pleader submits that the contentions of the petitioner are liable to be considered by the 1st respondent.

5.

There will accordingly be a direction to the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P8 complaint raised by the petitioner and to take an appropriate decision on the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner as well as any other affected persons shall be put on notice and heard through any appropriate means including video conferencing before taking a decision on Ext.P8 complaint.

The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
