It is further submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that let notice be issued upon the aforesaid respondent(s) to be served through Head of aforementioned Police Station(s).

In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue fresh notice upon aforesaid respondent(s) to be served by aforesaid Police Station(s).

Dasti/Direct service upto Head of aforesaid Police Station(s). After receiving notice of this Tribunal, Head of aforesaid Police Station(s) shall serve the notice upon respondent(s) and after taking its signatures upon the notice issued by this Tribunal, the papers will be returned to this Tribunal immediately.

Notice is made returnable on 18.09.2023.

We also direct that the Directors of the respondent company shall remain personally present before this Tribunal at 11 a.m. on the next date of hearing.
