Judgment

In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“i) To issue a writ of prohibition or any other appropriate writ or order or direction prohibiting Respondent No. 2 ARCS from initiating the disqualification proceedings against the Petitioner in pursuance of impugned show cause notice 29C Case No. SaNi43/DIS/04/2024-25, dated 27.06.2024 issued by the Respondent No. 3 at Annexure-F, in the interest of justice and equity.
ii) To issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned show cause notice 29C Case No. SaNi43/DIS/04/2024-25, dated: 27.06.2024 issued by the Respondent No.3, in the interest of justice and equity. ”
Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
In view of disposal of W.P.No.22905/2024 vide order dated 29.08.2024, this petition does not survive for consideration and the same is accordingly disposed of leaving open all contentions and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions.
