Judgment
Arindam Sinha, J
Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits his client is entitled to benefits under the housing scheme. His client made representation under annexure 4 series to the Collector, dispatched by post on 9th November, 2018. He prays for direction upon the authority to consider his client’s representation.
Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. She submits, his representation will be duly dealt with.
Opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with and consider petitioner’s said representation under annexure 4 series. Petitioner will communicate this order along with copy of said representation and relevant documents, by which her eligibility stands acknowledged. Said opposite party will inform petitioner result of the consideration within four weeks of communication. Either the benefit is to be extended or reasons to be made known for rejection of the claim, within that time.
The writ petition is disposed of.
