Grievance of the Petitioner in the instant case was pertaining to the non- granting of retiral dues by the Respondents.
Pending the petition the Respondents have now filed their reply wherein it shows that subsequently the Respondents have paid the entire retiral dues payable to the Petitioner. They have also filed a document vide Annexure R-1in this regard which shows the calculation made and the payments made.
In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in this writ petition and the same thus deserves to be and is accordingly disposed of. However, the Petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh claim in case if any dispute pertains to the calculation made by the Respondents and if any other unpaid payment of retiral dues calculating any amount which has been withheld by the Respondents.
With the aforesaid liberty to the Petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
