Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
a) The Respondents may be directed to allow the benefit of pay scale of Rs. 6400-10600 as on 6th July, 2005 when the Petitioner completed 32 years of service as per the Assured Career Progression Scheme alongwith interest at the rate of 24% per annum.
b) Or in the alternative this writ petition may kindly be treated as representation before the Deputy Director Elementary Education, Bilaspur to 2 be decided within short time as framed by the Hon''ble Court.
The Petitioner has submitted Annexure P4, representation and the same is pending before the third Respondent. There will be a direction to the third Respondent to look into Annexure P4 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner before the third Respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
