This writ petition seeks to challenge the order passed by the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh at Kasumpti, dated 11th March, 2022, by which, pursuant to the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court, dated 14th February, 2022, he has, instead of deciding the Revision Petition finally, disposed of the application filed by respondent No. 3 under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure and stayed the resolution, dated 24th January, 2022, passed by respondent No. 4Society till the disposal of Revision Petition No. 114 of 2021.
Even though the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner prays for staying the aforesaid order, however, considering the fact that the matter is listed for final hearing today at 3.00 P.M. before the Registrar Cooperative Societies, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Registrar Cooperative Societies to decide the Revision Petition on merits finally, within a period of fifteen days from today.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly, so also the pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
It shall be the duty of the learned Additional Advocate General to communicate this order to the Registrar Cooperative Societies forthwith.
