Judgment
The sentences awarded to the appellants-applicants herein were suspended by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2020 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc.
2nd Suspension of Sentences Application (Appeal) No.888/2020 and they were granted bail subject to the condition that they shall be released on
furnishing bail and personal bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court and for marking their appearance in this Court on 18.01.2021.
Shri R.S. Gill, learned counsel representing the appellants- applicants has moved this application seeking extension of time to furnish bail and bonds on
the ground that the appellants- applicants herein were in jail in connection with another case, in which, they were granted bail on 08.04.2021 and thus,
they could not furnish bail and personal bonds in terms of the order dated 17.12.2020.
The application is hereby accepted. The appellants-applicants may now furnish bail and bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court in terms of the order
dated 17.12.2020 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. 2nd Suspension of Sentences Application (Appeal) No.888/2020 on or before 30.06.2021, whereupon
they shall be released on bail and shall be required to mark their attendance in this Court on 14.07.2021.
The application is allowed accordingly.
