The present petition has been filed by the petitioner impugning Clause Nos.5 and 11 of the Commercial Circular No.61 of 2017 dated 05.09.2017, issued by the respondent no.4 (Railways).

Considering that a batch of petitions seeking identical prayer/s has been dismissed by this court vide judgement dated 29.05.2024 in W.P.(C) 2501/2023 and connected matters, the present petition is also disposed of in terms of the said judgement. The petitioner shall vacate the stall in question within the same time period, as granted to the petitioners in the aforesaid batch matters.
