Judgment

Challenge in this petition is to the transfer order dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioner, who was working as Supervisor (Mate)
at Sector Mardapati, Block Kanker, District Kanker has been transferred to Sector Aamabeda, Block Antagarh.
It is contended that the petitioner's date of birth is 03.06.1959 and only 1 year & 6 months are left in his retirement apart from that the petitioner is
suffering with diabetes and heart disease, therefore, the transfer of the petitioner may be reconsidered/canceled.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is given a liberty to make afresh representation in this regard within a period of 10 days from today
and the respondents in turn shall consider and decide the same in accordance with the transfer policy at the earliest preferably within a further period
of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the order dated 12.07.2019 shall remain stayed so far as the
petitioner is concerned.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
