The CoC has taken a decision to disssolve the Corporate Debtor and an IA has been filed for dissolution. The said IA is pending before the registry for numbering. Hence, 90 days extension is graned w.e.f. 23.10.2023. Accordingly, IA-5425/2023 is allowed and disposed of.
