It has been a representation on behalf of the detenue namely, Yogeshwari by the learned counsel, who had filed Crl.O.P(MD)No.19008 of 2025 on her behalf seeking restraint against the respondent police from harassing her that the detenue would appear through video conferencing, if facilities are arranged at Tiruppur. The learned counsel stated that the detenue is safe.
We would issue a direction to the Principal District Court, Tiruppur, to make necessary arrangement for the appearance through video conference on 19.11.2025 at 2.15 p.m before this Court to the detenue namely, Yogeshwari, the wife of the petitioner and also her minor daughter Krushika.
The second respondent may also be present before the District Court at Tiruppur on 19.11.2025 at 2.15 p.m.
A copy of this order shall be forwarded to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur. A copy may also be issued to Mr.A.Prasanna Rajadurai, learned counsel, who has represented on behalf of the detenue.
