Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
The instant petition has been filed for grant of substantive following relief:Â
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that petition may kindly be allowed and may kindly be directed to keep in abeyance the promotions of inÂ‐
service TGTs (Trained Graduate Teacher) to the post of lecturers of different subjects in 10+2 schools of H.P. till the 6th to 10th class examinations
are concluded , in the month of April, 2021 as per the date sheet (Annexure PÂ2) in Govt. Schools of Himachal Pradesh, in the interest of justice.â€
It appears that the petitioner is neither a student nor a parent of any of the students, who may be studying in 6th to 10th Class, as barely 30 years of
age as is evident from the affidavit accompanying with the writ petition.
Therefore, the instant writ petition is clearly misconceived and the same is dismissed as such. The parties are left to bear their own costs. Pending
application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
