Sanjaya Kumar Mishra, J

1) In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ directing the respondent No. 1 to accept the examination form of the petitioners for H.J.S. Uttarakhand Examination 2022, by giving relaxation of age to them, in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in Gulfam Ali Razi Vs State of Uttarakhand and another, passed in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 586 of 2021.

2) It is apparent from the record that petitioner No. 1 is 49 years old, and petitioner No. 2 is 47 years old. It is also not disputed, at this stage, that this Court on the administrative side, as per the judicial directions given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, in the case of Malik Mazhar Sultan (3) and another Vs U.P. Public Service Commission and others, 2008 (17) SCC 703, is following a time schedule, and recruitment is being conducted every year.

3) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the year 2020, there was no examination. Even if, it is taken to be true, then also, the petitioners are unable to make out a case for relaxation of age on the ground that the examinations were not held as petitioner No. 1 is overage by more than four years, and petitioner No. 2 is overage by more than two years.

4) In that view of the matter, we do not find any merit in the writ petition. The same is, hereby, dismissed.

5) All pending applications, in this writ petition, also stand disposed of.

6) Urgent certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties, as per Rules.
