ORDER
Counsel for OC has filed this IA 3926/2023 seeking to place on record the settlement agreement dated 15.07.2023 arrived at between the OC and CD. On pointed query to the Counsel for OC, she submits that pursuant to the settlement agreement, she wants to withdraw the CP. In view of the above, CP is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid IA is also thus disposed of.
