Heard on the question of admission and learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Issue notice to respondents on payment of process fee through Registered A.D. mode within a period of three working days.

The instant writ petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenges the order dated 29.12.2025 passed by the Chief Executive Officer and Prescribed Authority, Zila Panchayat Bhind, District Bhind under Section 92 (1) of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1993).

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even the notices dated 17.02.2025 and 06.11.2025 issued under Section 89 of the Act of 1993 so also the notice dated 18.11.2025 issued under Section 92 (1) of the Act of 1993, as stated in the impugned order dated 29.12.2025, were never served upon the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State prays for sometime to verify the said aspect.

Till the next date of hearing, no coercive action pursuant to the impugned order dated 29.12.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the Chief Executive Officer and Prescribed Authority, Zila Panchayat Bhind, District Bhind, shall be taken against the petitioner.

It is made clear that the petition is entertained only on the submissions made on behalf of the senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that the aforesaid notices were not served upon the petitioner.
