Ramachandran Nair, J.—The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner who is working as an Upper Primary School Assistant in the Konnathadi Panchayat Upper Primary School, Konnathady, Idukki District. The challenge is against Exhibit P5 communication. The petitioner also seeks for a direction commanding respondents 3 and 4 to declare the probation of the petitioner, grant annual increments, grant the benefit of pay revision order and also to enroll her as a member of the Provident Fund Scheme as provided under Chapter XXIX of the Kerala Education Rules. On 3.2.2012, this Court issued an interim order directing the first respondent to take appropriate action to see that the probation of the petitioner is declared, within a period of one month from the date of the order. The 3rd respondent was directed to forward the necessary papers also which have been returned as evident from Exhibit P5 communication.

The learned Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the interim order, the probation of the petitioner has been declared. The same is recorded. As the probation of the petitioner stands declared, it is not necessary to decide the validity of Exhibit P5 at this stage, especially since new guidelines have come into effect already. The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to sanction and disburse the benefits to the petitioner including increment, the benefits of pay revision. and to enroll the petitioner as a member of the PF scheme maintained under the Kerala Education Rules. Appropriate steps will be taken within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
