P.N. Ravindran, J.—The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the State of Kerala to furnish to the Petitioner a copy of the order, if any, passed on Ext.P10 appeal.

2.

When the writ petition came up for admission-hearing on 11.2.2011, the learned Government Pleader was directed to get instructions. Today, when the writ petition came up for further hearing, the learned Government Pleader submitted that orders were passed on 2.12.2010 rejecting Ext.P10 appeal. He also submitted that copy of the said order is available with him and a copy thereof will be served on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner today itself.

3.

In the light of the fact that orders have already been passed on Ext.P10 appeal, no further orders are called for in this writ petition. It is accordingly closed reserving liberty with the Petitioner to challenge Ext.P9 order passed by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Kannur and the order passed by the Government on 2.12.2010 rejecting Ext.P10 appeal in other appropriate proceedings. In view of the fact that the Petitioner has not been served with the copy of the order passed by the Government on Ext.P10 appeal, till W.P.(C) No. 4553 of 2011 date, further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P9 order passed by the second Respondent and the order passed by the Government on Ext.P10 appeal shall stand stayed for a period of one week from today, in order to enable the Petitioner to take steps to challenge the said orders and move for interim relief.
