ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor and the Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor are present. Ld. In view of the withdrawal of the main Company Petition, the Interlocutory Application bearing IA No. 387 of 2023 and other pending Interlocutory Applications arising out of the present Company Petition will not survive; hence, the same are disposed of.
