Judgment
We have heard Mr. Saurabh Bachhawat, Advocate assisted by Mr. Aditya Bhansali, Advocate and Ms. Mayuri Thakkar, Practicing Company
Secretary for the Appellant and Mr. Abhiraj Arora, Advocate assisted by Mr. Vivek Shah, Advocate for the Respondent through video conference.
List this matter on 11th August, 2020 alongwith the appeals of Global Earth Properties and Developers Pvt. Ltd. vs. SEBI (Appeal (L) No.204 of
2020) and Salute Advisory LLP vs. SEBI (Appeal (L) No.205 of 2020).
In the meanwhile, the Respondent may a reply within a week. Rejoinder may be filed a week thereafter.
Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video
conferencing or through physical hearing.
