Earlier, the petitioner had preferred Civil Writ Petition No.6038 of 2020 before this Court and this Court vide judgment dated 04.01.2021 disposed of the same and directed the respondent(s)-Corporation to release the entire due and admissible retiral dues in favour of the petitioner. Now the petitioner has filed the present review petition, praying for modification of the judgment dated 04.01.2021 on the ground that in the judgment, only retiral benefits/dues are ordered to be released, whereas, interest is also required to be released alongwith the retrial benefits.
Notice. Mr. Shyam Singh Chauhan, learned - 2 - Standing Counsel appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
The nature of order we propose to pass, requires no reply.
The order dated 04.01.2021 is modified and the word "alongwith interest" is inserted in it. It appears to be an omission. The review petition stands disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
