1.

The petitioner is aggrieved with the detention made at Ext.P4. The petitioner's contention is that flex boards were sold to one company in Tirunelveli and as per the contract, the petitioner was supposed to deliver the flex boards to the various small dealers within the

State. However, the vehicle was accompanied only with Form 8B invoice, which is produced at Ext.P3. The address shown in the invoice is outside the State, in Tamil Nadu. Hence, there is no document to support the transport effected within the State, is the contention raised in Ext.P4. This Court is unable to interfere with the same at this stage since the petitioner's contentions would have to be tested in a proper adjudication proceeding.

2.

In such circumstance, the goods can be released either on payment of the security deposit demanded or on furnishing bank guarantee for the entire amount, at the option of the petitioner. The adjudication proceedings shall be continued and concluded untrammeled by any observations made herein above.

The writ petition is disposed of.
