This application is filed under section 24 CPC seeking transfer of T.S (Divorce) 45 of 2025 from the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Kailashahar, Unakoti Tripura to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ambassa, Dhalai, Tripura.
Notice in this application had been issued to the respondent and though it has been served, but he has not entered appearance opposing this application.
It is contended in this application that the petitioner is staying at her parental house at Ambassa. She has no source of income and is dependent on her father, who is a auto driver, for her livelihood. She does not have sufficient income to travel to Kailashahar, which is about 80 km away, for every hearing.
Since these allegations have not been rebutted by the respondent, this application is allowed and T.S (Divorce) 45 of 2025 is transferred from the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Kailashahar, Unakoti Tripura to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ambassa, Dhalai, Tripura.
