Learned counsel for the respondents-HRTC states that entire retiral dues of the petitioner, save and except the interest, have been released in her favour. Her statement is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement so made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-HRTC.

Since it is only the interest amount which now is to be paid to the petitioner, we deem It proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents-HRTC to pay the due interest amount to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.

For compliance, to come up on 1st July, 2020.

The parties shall not insist upon for obtaining certified copy of this order and download the same from the website of the High Court.
