ORDER
In view of the admission order vide of the C.P. (IB)/627(MB)2020 dated 03.07.2023 by Court-V against the Corporate Debtor, this Petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
The Petitioner will be at liberty to file his claim before the IRP in the said CIRP.
