The instant application for interim bail has been filed on behalf of the appellant Pawan Kumar on the ground that his wife has been advised to undergo surgical procedure of Hysterectomy.

Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the verification report received from the Police Station Hamirwas, District Churu as per which, the lady was got checked at the SMS Hospital, Jaipur.
