M.N. Krishnan, J.—This appeal is preferred against the award of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Perumbavoor in O.P. (MV) 2262/05. The claimant, a 47 year old man, sustained injuries in a road accident. He had a two sutured wounds on the forehead, one is having a dimension of 2 x 2 and Anr. 10 x 7. There was a depressed fracture as per the C.T. Scan report. He was an inpatient in the hospital for four days. He had expended an amount of Rs. 4,152/-. There is no disability found. The Tribunal has granted him at the rate of Rs. 3,000/- per month, two months loss of earnings. The entire medical expenses, Rs. 10,000/- for pain and sufferings has been granted and Rs. 6,000/- for loss of amenities and such other incidental expenses as transport expenses, attendance charges, extra nourishment and damages to clothing. I feel that the Tribunal has been very just, fair and reasonable in awarding the compensation and therefore I do not find any merit in this appeal and the same is dismissed.
