Heard learned advocate Ms.Vidhi Bhatt for the applicants and learned AGP Mr.Dhawan Jayswal for the respondent-State.
This application is moved in urgent by the learned advocate for the applicants stating that for participating in option camp for teaching in standard 6
to 8 is organized, which is taking place today. Learned advocate for the applicants states that the applicants have no been permitted to participate in
the option camp, which is scheduled today i.e. on 10.05.2021 on the sole ground that the applicants have instituted Special Civil Application, which is
pending adjudication.
Learned AGP Mr.Dhawan Jayswal states that the applicants have already appeared in the camp for surplus teachers and it is also a forming part
of the application by the order dated 25.11.2020 at page 17 annexed to the application, wherein the applicants were permitted to attend the camp of
surplus teachers. It is stated by the learned AGP Mr.Jayswal that the camp has already begun and therefore the present applications would not
survive, however, if the representation is made by the applicants, let it be considered by the authority.
This Court is not inclined to direct the authorities since the camp has already begun today and it is stated by the learned AGP that the same will be
over at 2:30 p.m. However, It will be open for the applicants to make representation before the authority and the same be considered by the authority.
No further directions can be granted at this stage.
With the above observation, the present application stand disposed of.
