Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application.

Crl. Writ Petition No. 2267 of 2019
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now attained the age of majority and she wants to reside with her friend Ankit son of Subhash Chand because her parents had illegally married her of with respondent No. 6, when she was a minor. She has left her house and is now residing with her aforementioned friend but she fears for her life and liberty.
Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3 only.
Mr. Tanuj Sharma, AAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. Let four copies of the petition be supplied to him during the course of the day.
Considering the nature of the order being passed, there is no necessity to serve the private respondents or to seek reply from the official respondents.
The petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to take into consideration the representation dated 31.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) and to provided adequate protection to the petitioner in case the same is necessary.
It is made clear that this order does not bar initiation of any other proceedings against the petitioner as may be required or felt necessary.
