ORDER

This application is filed by the IRP under Section 12A of the IBC, 2016 for passing the order of withdrawal of the main CP on the ground of settlement.

We heard Learned Counsel for the IRP. Since the parties have settled the dispute, the withdrawal is permitted. Accordingly, the main CP stands withdrawn and disposed of. With this, IA/140(AHM)2023 also stands disposed of.
