Judgment
This Appeal Execution has been filed by Parsvnath Developers Limited against the order dated 11.07.2022 of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi (for short “the State Commission”) in Execution Application No.160 of 2021 in CC/941/2017.
It is contended by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent that ₹17 Lakhs is still outstanding to be paid.
Warrants of Attachment issued by the State Commission were valid for three months and this period stands expired. In the meanwhile there is another order of the State Commission, which the Respondent is pressing for, imposing a fine of ₹5,000/- per day for the delay period against which there is no Appeal filed before us.
In view of the aforegoing circumstances, no purpose would be served in keeping this Appeal Execution pending as it is for the State Commission to execute its order with regard to the payment of ₹5,000/- per day and any coercive action may be taken if considered necessary in the facts of the case relating to the balance payment in the matter.
The Appeal Execution is, therefore, dismissed.
