Judgment

The petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 03.03.2022 passed by the respondent No. 3 i.e. Additional Deputy Commissioner, Samba by virtue of which, the permission has been granted for organising the fun fair at the land over which, it is stated by the petitioner that civil litigation is going on between the petitioner and the private respondent and the said litigation is sub judice before the court of learned Additional Munsiff, Samba wherein, interim order too has been passed by the concerned court.
It is stated by the petitioner that he has made a representation with the respondent No. 2 for cancellation of the order dated 03.03.2022 passed by the respondent No.3. However, no order has been passed in the said representation.
Notice to the respondents.
Ms. Monika Thakur, Advocate appearing vice Mr. S. S. Nanda, Sr. AAG waives notice on behalf of the respondents. She submits that if any representation is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the respondents as expeditiously as possible.
In view of this, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider the representation dated 09.03.2022 stated to have been made by the petitioner within a period of fifteen days’ from the date, copy of this order is furnished to the respondent No. 2. The petitioner shall be at liberty to annex the representation dated 09.03.2022 along with this order.
