Judgment

Issue Notice. Mr. Vikas Rajput, Advocate appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
The instant petition has been filed for the grant of the following substantive relief:-
“To direct respondents to grant two additional increments, on completion of twenty years service by the petitioner as Conductor w.e.f. 2.10.1994 on notional basis and on actual basis w.e.f. 1.7.2015 with consequential benefits, including retiral.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue in question is squarely covered by the judgment dated 29.11.2021, rendered by this Court in CWP No. 4167 of 2019, titled HRTC versus Suresh Kumar & others (Annexure P-3). This is a matter, which is required to be considered by the respondents.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in the light of decision rendered by this Court in Suresh Kumar’s case (supra) within a period of six weeks from today. In case the same is found to be covered, by the aforesaid judgment, then the same and similar benefits be also granted to the petitioner herein. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
