Judgment
Applicant has filed this First bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 172/2026 registered at Police Station –Pithora, District- Mahasamund (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336. 340(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
Learned State counsel submits that in the bail application complete description of the criminal antecedents of the applicant has not been disclosed in para (D).
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file better application.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file better application.
