Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
That the appointment of the petitioner dated 5th June, 2010 may be considered as regular appointment for all intents and purposes and the petitioner may be held entitled for all consequential benefits as regular appointee w.e.f. 5th June, 2010.
It is seen that the petitioner has already submitted a representation, Annexure P5 and the same is pending before the first respondent.
There will be a direction to the first respondent/competent authority to look into the representation, Annexure P5 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alonwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the first respondent/competent authority. In case the petitioner requests for personal hearing, the same shall also be granted.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
