Prayer in the present writ petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for quashing of the order dated 19.08.2019 (Annexure P- 3) passed by respondent No.2, whereby the appointment of the petitioner as Lambardar of Village Sankhol has been set aside and fresh proceedings for appointment of Lambardar has been directed.

On 30.09.2020, the following order was passed:

"The limited grouse of the petitioner is that his revision bearing ROR No.39/2020-Pardeep Kumar Vs. Bhupinder Singh (Annexure P/4) is pending before the Financial Commissioner, Haryana against the order dated 19.8.2019 passed by the Commissioner, Rohtak Range, Rohtak. It is submitted that date now given in the said ROR is 26.11.2020. The stay application as such is also pending and the Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar in the meanwhile taking steps to fill up the post of Lambardar against which the petitioner had been appointed by the earlier officer which order had been set aside by the Commissioner.

Notice of motion to respondent nos. 1 to 6 only at this stage.

Mr. Sandeep Singh Mann, Addl. Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 to 6. Instructions be taken as to whether the said ROR can be disposed of on a date prior to the said date preferably in the month of October, 2020 after hearing all concerned.

To come up on 12.10.2020 for the said purpose."

State Counsel submits that it is open to the petitioner to file an application for early hearing and the matter would be taken up.

In such circumstances, let the above-said ROR be taken up on the week commencing 26.10.2020, for disposal. The Financial Commissioner shall take due care that the private-respondent No.7 is also heard in case any adverse order is to be passed against him.

With the above-said directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
